Liked: The staff were very friendly. The hotel's interior and decor have been maintained to a high standard. The rooms were comfortable, including beds and showers. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in an excellent location.
Disliked: Dinner was poor. The quality of the food was low and the staff were not knowledgeable about the wine or how to serve it.

Great location and staff, poor...

Liked: Great location with a short walk into oban centre. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Dinner was well below par for what we were expecting. (I would go elsewhere for dinner next time) The breakfast was good, though.

Disliked: Hard beds and tiny red mites in one of them. Generally wear and tear here and there.
