Liked: The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the 24-hour indoor pool.
Disliked: The pullout bed was the worst. You could feel the springs. My 12-year-old grandson has autism, and that is where he slept.

Liked: We have stayed here many times and have always loved it, however this time the check in staff was very rude except for Alice she is always professional and sweet. We stayed in 628 and had a great view of the pool. The room was a good size but the beds were horrible as were the pillows. You can feel the springs when your laying down. Breakfast was awful with warm OJ and wet runny processed eggs and processed sausage. The best thing was the pool resort area, but it would be great to have the walkover to the lazy river out? It is harder for older people to get over it who want to go to the lazy river. My grandsons loved the pools. This is the first time I am giving a bad review. I love this place but it needs some work.
Disliked: Terrible Beds and Pillows, processed eggs and sausage, warm OJ, Walkover to get to the lazy river, rude staff except for Alice.

Liked: The Inn was very clean, and we felt safe and welcomed by all of the staff. We loved the outdoor swim area and the indoor pool was great to have when they had to close the outdoor area due to pop up storms which tend to happen during this time of year !! The room was spacious with plenty of room to relax and the AC worked great, and had no problems staying cool. Shower had endless hot water, and a small fridge in the room was great for leftovers or a few things we had on hand to stay cold.
Disliked: The bathroom toilet handle had to be lifted each time you used it, or the bowl would not fill to allow it to flush the next time. The breakfast was ok, it wasn’t the best but also understand it’s hard to prepare for large amount of people every morning. The coffee was horrible !! It was definitely instant coffee that was added to the dispenser!! The single pods in the rooms were a little better but not by much. The eggs and gravy were not bad, but again you can tell it’s quick to serve eggs and gravy and not the best as well as no seasoning. But it’s free so you can’t complain from that aspect ! The waffles were the best addition with the exception of having to wait in line for a while since there are only 2 waffle machines and one dispenser.
