Aged property needing some tlc...

Liked: Was convenient to what I needed for the weekend.
Disliked: The hot water is dangerously hot. Whenever anyone flushes a toilet or turns a tap on anywhere near your room the shower goes insanely hot or freezing cold. I would honestly be concerned to have a child in the shower alone

Very happy

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, lady at reception was lovely.
Disliked: Bathroom a little small but was clean and functional

Good value for money.

Liked: The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view to Mt Warning was good. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. We found a good spot to keep our bicycles safe.
Disliked: We had a quirky room where people could see in through the front window requiring the curtains to be closed for privacy. The property is a bit dated.

Disappointing

Liked: The bathroom door was completely broken. We were thus unable to close it properly...which is uncomfortable when you are traveling with a colleague.
Disliked: Although we arrived before the supposed reception closure time, there was nobody to welcome us and give us the bedroom keys. Traveling from Europe, we did not have any cellular data to call the emergency number displayed on the reception door. We thus had to borrow the cellphone of someone in the street. It took us more than 40min to get our bedroom keys. Also, we selected this accommodation because it provided "breakfast". The "breakfast" was in fact 2 slices of bread, some butter and jam, and some milk and coffee left for us in the room. We never saw any staff at this accommodation.
