Liked: I appreciated a text sent to my phone giving me entry code and details of my room. All was clean and tidy, shower was also good. my wife and I had a good night's sleep.
Disliked: After praise above, very little bad. 2 things, which were minor. one bulb in side lamp was missing, no big loss. the other is the noisy neighbours wee dog barking lateish at night - nothing can be done about this.

I'll never come back. And...

Liked: Was clean.
Disliked: No Wi-Fi access there. Bathroom that was supposed to be private. Other people used it. I tried to contact the manager, asked an employee to notify the manager of the problem with the connection and I didn't get any answer.

No sleep

Disliked: Never slept in a more uncomfortable bed, springs poking into me all night

Disliked: Should have advised pre arrival nobody is at property & you need a PIN code to get in (once they answer the phone to give you it ) Bathroom & room are all very basic / dated . 4 coat hangers . One thin pillow on bed each wasn’t adequate - when called for more was told that was standard . However on our 2nd day 2 pillows arrived which was better . Traffic noise all night - hotel on a main road but no aircon or fan so had to have window open.
