Liked: Rooms were clean, bathrooms were great.
Disliked: The food was not what you typically get at a hotel breakfast, hardboiled eggs and junk food.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing place! We were able to rest and enjoy the resort - which offered much more than I expected, with firepits, grill places, pool, live music, popcorn, breakfast etc! Loved the place and the staff was really attentive.

Great comfortable stay in Estes!

Liked: The bed were great! and the before 5am breakfast was super.
Disliked: beds, pool, sauna!

Amazing vibes and stay for...

Liked: The staff and facility was beyond any of our expectations! We arrived and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, walking us through the entire facility and pointing out the free DVDs, board games, and popcorn in the lobby for guest use. We were going to miss breakfast because of an early morning hike, so they allowed us to take some provisions from the breakfast bar the night before, which was so generous! The facilities were amazing -- heated pool, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor games. They even had live music when we arrived on Monday evening, making the vibes even better.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Good location and friendly staff. It was quiet in May and I saw some elk in the early morning, which was wonderful!
Disliked: We went there in May so there were not many people and it was quiet, but it might be busy in summer time and you might hear noises from next door. We had two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside. The one inside was great, but the one outside smelled bad, so we didn’t use it.
