My stay was exceptional.

Liked: We had phenomenal service from the beginning at check-in all the way to check out. Everyone there is super professional and kind. The room was very clean, there are lots of things to do for your kids, the hot tub is large and very nice, the pool would be great in the summer. Breakfast was a nice addition with good choices to pick from. The location was perfect to be able to explore Estes Park. I would definitely stay at this resort again. The view from the hotel is also amazing as well.

Liked: It was cute,
Disliked: My husband found a tick on him the last night. We came from snowy mountains so doubt we brought it and the lady at the desk didn’t really care- or was surprised. Pretty far from town.

Pleasant, but not as nice...

Liked: The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The room was fairly large and well-arranged. The cleaning staff did a great job preparing the room, with interesting folded towels and tissues.
Disliked: The sofa was a bit old, creaky, and uncomfortable, and the well-worn recliner chair was difficult to return from recline position. The breakfast was a big letdown, without some of the normal staples like orange juice and dry cereal. There was only one tablespoon-sized spoon in our kitchen, but the kitchen was otherwise well stocked.
