Perfect Placement

Liked: First and most important, the entire staff was most gracious and accommodating. It was a very easy check in/out. We parked our car at check in and we didn't move it for days until we checked out. Everything was in walking distance and an easy walk at all hours. We were traveling with our toddler grandson and the staff treated us like family. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The ice and beverages are well stocked, and the toiletries were of good quality, abundant and in eco friendly containers to prevent un-necessary waste. Everything was absolutely perfect.
Disliked: Nothing that could have been prevented, but a group of drunken females were a little problematic and could have displayed more maturity and respect for other guests. The front desk handled this matter appropriately and quickly. All in all, my satisfaction far exceeds any momentary inconvenience of impolite guests. I will return most definitely.

Liked: Didn’t know the offered breakfast.
Disliked: The room wasn’t ready, was told staff had quit..poor lady upfront was doing everything. The driver for a shuttle was charging 20.00 per person 1 way..to drive just about 1mile to concert. It would have been 80.00 for 2 of us for 2 miles..unreasonable.

Disliked: Shannon always makes things right so I do not think that there was anything during any of our many stays here that we have not liked ....

Murphys Suites is a great...

Liked: Randi was great, she welcomed us and explained all the services and times for pool. Very friendly. The room upstairs was clean and nice.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was an odor from the carpet and chairs that comes from needing upholstery cleaning. It can be difficult to keep up in this when flipping rooms though.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was friendly and accomodating and the room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: Location. It's quite a walk back from the bar.
