Liked: It was close to everything in Murphys.
Disliked: We checked in late, about 10 pm. Our sheets were disgusting with several large stains on the top sheet.

Not 5 star luxury, but...

Liked: Convenient location walkable to downtown Murphys. Pricey for what you get, but a solid option for a quick one-night stay vs renting a whole house. Room with 2 queens was relatively spacious. Free parking right out front. Staff was responsive when we called for more pillows.
Disliked: This is a mountain town motel, so manage expectations accordingly. 'View' on the 1st floor was of fence behind the property. It's winter so pool was partially filled with brown water and frogs -somewhat unappealing since it was right out front. No one was at the front desk until exactly 3pm for check-in; I called an hour or two before and asked if there was any way to get in early and it was a hard no, which I struggle with since the parking lot was completely empty.
