Liked: Breakfast is good.
Disliked: I have been a Platinum member of the Marriott and Sheraton network for many years and have stayed at around 15 different hotels within the chain. Unfortunately, this property delivered one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.Staff interactions — whether at the front desk, during breakfast, or by the pool — were unhelpful and felt as if every request was a burden. The rooms are outdated, housekeeping is mediocre, and it took three hours and three reminders just to receive bathrobes. Even something as simple as requesting cutlery, a glass, or a plate came with a €5 charge — apparently the hotel’s way of solving its financial problems.Parking costs €29, the same for hotel guests as for anyone else who wishes to park there. The pool and jacuzzi were overcrowded to the point where many guests could not even find a spot to sit nearby.
