Liked: Friendly and helpful staff can't fault them. Cleanliness of hotelGood food
Disliked: Arrived Friday evening @ 5.30ishWe where staying in room 207 on the 2nd floor when we arrived in our room immediately we heard alot of noise coming from down stairs and we just put it down to a busy bank holiday weekend and kids on midterm so we brushed it off but as the evening continued we wanted to leave because of the experience we had. At 10pm we started ringing the reception because of the volume of noise beneath us. When we arrived the hotel seemed very quite for Easter weekend which we found very strange considering the weekend that was in it. We had a meal @ 7.30pm in the hotel restaurant which was extremely quite (red flag) went to our room about 9.30pm because we had an early start that morning and had plans early the next morning. From then we realised something wasn't right with the hotel. We were above a courtyard, and their was a group of people mainly kids running from one side of the hotel to the other through the courtyard and blaming doors constantly. We rang reception but couldn't get an answer so my husband went down and explained to the bar staff about the noise from the 1st floor and he apologised and said ring security (strange we thought why ring security) then @ 11.30 it got worse we both went down spoke to Gary (very helpful) and explained how it has got worse he then said let me go up with you and see how bad it is so on the way we passed a corridor which had a keypad on it and that's when we learnt the 1st floor was being used as an ipas facility. Gary came to our room heard the noise levels himself and offered us to move rooms which we did. To be fair the noise level wasn't as bad but still kept us up all night. So the next morning we decided to checkout from the hotel a day early because of this situation. We can not fault the staff in any way we did get a full refund (without asking) for our booking.

Fantastic location, excellent hotel, friendly...

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Located in the prefect place to go explore the Fanad Headland, Rosguil Headland and Horn Head. The staff couldn’t do enough for you - each a d everyone of them friendly and welcoming. Down to greeting you as you walked past them in the hallway. Breakfast was great everything you could ask for and the in-house restaurant was a delight. Had the pasta and fish. Both beautiful and really well priced. Rooms comfortable and the whole place was immaculately presented
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like
