Expensive for what we got....

Liked: The property was close to eating options.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy and ran all night making it difficult to sleep. The food to the room didn’t fit well which made outside hallway noise easily heard

Bad Experience Overall

Liked: Close proximity to Ouray
Disliked: The front door didn't lock so anyone could just walk in. The building and rooms had a musky smell. Beds were uncomfortable and walls are paper thin. We listened to the guy in the next room over snoring all night. Dogs barking, people yelling in the hallways and cleaning staff working before 8am. We abandoned our room early and didn't stay our last night. I was told by the front desk employee that she'd have management reach out to me but I still haven't heard from anyone.

Liked: Great restaurant patio and bar. Scenic views beautiful sunset with live music! Good times good drinks. Comfortable beds clean rooms and pet friendly. The employees were friendly helpful.

The price and value do...

Liked: The location is great. Right between telluride and Ouray. The staff is nice and trying.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and are absolutely not enforced. Doors slamming at 4 am multiple times in a row. Partially the staff to prepare coffee. The facility was not clean. We picked up so many dust mites and you saw all the finger prints from everyone. The hotel advertises for breakfast, even in their welcome email- not correct. Probably a staffing issue, which is fine, but take it off your info page and welcome email. For the price we paid, not worth it.

Disliked: Overall, it was great—perfect location for getting to Telluride, Ouray, and more. Just one thing—the mattress needs to be replaced.

Served the purpose but no...

Liked: The property is basic without much character. The staff was pleasant enough but not above and beyaond by any means.The beds were comfortable and the room clean.
Disliked: The housekeeping service was minimal. No bed making and one day towels were taken away but no fresh ones left. Had to go to the desk to request clean towels. Fairly expensive stay for a basic motel type unit. Restaurant menu was pretty unappealing, in fact we left before ordering to look for better offering. The restaurant was only open Wed-Sat for dinner.

Liked: Contemporary room !
Disliked: Walls were not as sound reducing as they could be. Could hear the man on the other side snoring most of the night!
