Great place to stay with...

Liked: It’s directly across the street from the Crown Complex where I was working for the weekend. Staff is always great and they even call us to verify our arrival time every year we stay there. Rooms are always clean and stocked with extra towels and toiletries

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Liked: It was adequate.
Disliked: Our check out was at 11:00am. We were still in bed with the door locked @ 9:00am, when the man from housekeeping used his Master key to open our door, barge into the room and begin emptying our trash and banging around. I have never felt so unsafe and violated while staying in a hotel before. The behavior of the housekeeper was unprofessional and extremely dangerous as he was almost shot for his criminal room invasion. When I complained to the front desk as we were leaving, another gentleman in the lobby said he had experienced the same type of room invasion as we suffered. I will never recommend the Mt. Rose Hotel to anyone and advise everyone to avoid this place for their own safety.
