Disliked: Honestly the room was extremely dusty and dirty. It also smelled like cigarette smoke. Luckily I always bring my own cleaning supplies so did a deep clean before the family came in. Other than that it was fine, the waterpark bands is what attracted us to their hotels, good value

Disliked: The hotel was awful. Was unsafe and not family friendly. Someone lit a Busch on fire outside the facility and we had to evacuate. They put out the fire and cleared it within an hour and told us to go back inside. There was smoke coming out of the top of the building on the opposite side. We informed the police and everyone was evacuated again. Fire department came to inspect roof and all then left after 3hrs from initial fire at 1130pm. No communication if it was safe to enter, they just left. Told us they would not give any refunds($410 for that night). Not happy.

Disliked: I didn’t like or appreciate how far we were staying from the actual park. We weren’t able to access the parks at all while we stayed.

Disliked: The rooms are out dated, the beds are very very uncomfortable, the rooms look like cheap motel rooms and are not worth $500. No wifi, no way to contact housekeeping. This company makes too much money for their rooms to be out dated, I don't recommend staying here at all!.
