Not the best

Disliked: We got locked out the room. Left to get dinner and key card wouldn’t work. No one was at the front office ended up not even staying drove home 3.5 hours!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We walked into our Room (116) and the first thing we smell was mold. We aired out the room by opening the windows. But the smell would not dissipate. My wife a few mins later saw a bug crawling on the bed skirt which was the final straw. We went to the front desk to make them aware and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund the stay, but said they couldn’t process refunds till close of business. Not sure if they are really going to refund the stay. I will be calling booking.com tomorrow to see if they refunded the virtual credit card.. so eventually booking.com can refund my card. Hopefully all goes well.

Disliked: The room was small and the bathroom was dirty. Needed to use Clorox wipes to clean it. Not what you expect when you pay that much.

Liked: very clean. staff pleasant.
Disliked: There was a smart tv but the internet speed was very slow. We tried watching live tv but it constantly was unavailable or buffering. We attempted to connect to our Disney + account but the internet wouldn't allow that either. Very displeased.

Disliked: Broken ceiling in the room. Not yet fixed for long. Age old air conditioner which don’t have any thermostat and keeps running whole night. Noisy neighbors who keeps walking at 11pm also. Due to noisy floors and close to the stairs it’s hard to sleep well. Beds were also not comfortable. Paying $273 for a night seems outrageous for this type of property. It’s a simple waste of money.
