Liked: The Location was perfect. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc. Short Uber ride to nearby 5 star restaurant choices. The facility was spectacular. Clean. Quiet. Perfectly maintained.
Disliked: We did not eat at the Hotel. The breakfast was not to our liking.

Location was misrepresented. Customer service...

Liked: The customer service was top notch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked the restaurants/shops near the hotel.
Disliked: The photo on booking.com showed a bay view for the room that we payed almost $400/night. When we got to our room, it was looking at a parking lot. The hotel does not sit on the bay, so the photos are misleading.

Amazing hotel

Liked: The location of the Hotel is perfect, interior is amazing, staff is polite and professional. Room was really nice, had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. Each room has a balcony which is also nice to have coffee early in the morning. Breakfast at the rooftop is amazing, everyone at the hotel make you feel like you're at home. Pool is big enough and it is great to go and relax and have some drinks. Also, another great thing is you can use beach facilities on the 14th street if you want to go to the beach. You get towels and chairs and umbrella so there is nothing you need to take with you.
Disliked: There was a party on rooftop on Saturday and the music was really loud late in the evening, but that was only one night during our stay.
