Disappointing

Disliked: Booking.com says i don't have to pay until i get there. Meanwhile the company managing the hotel charged my credit card the full amount nearly 2 weeks prior to the stay and then has a refund policy that has to be enacted more than 7 days before the stay or you get $0 back. Booking.com needs to know who it's dealing with and make it clear since the charge was a total surprise and was the opposite of what booking.com said.
