All good

Liked: So central and easy going
Disliked: Breakfast price advertised in lift as 13 pound and at desk they charge you 15 Staff didn’t know what was in lift

Superb

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful in answering any questions.The location was very close to town and transport links with a bus a very short distance.The food was good value and breakfast was excellent with a varied amount to choose from.Room was comfortable and nice size.
Disliked: The accidental fire alarm at 1am

There are lots of nice...

Liked: A wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent. A very clean hotel.
Disliked: Nothing - no complaints at all.

Great stay for a York...

Liked: Check in super easy and were accommodated before check in time Place is edgy with a urban chic vibe Staff were all polite enough with no complaints here!!
Disliked: Hot foods for breakfast were at most overcooked or had no flavour

Lovely but won’t stay in...

Liked: Lovely vibe and all staff are lovely
Disliked: Our room (13) was on the ground floor (female travellers) there was an awful smell (like drains) from the bathroom constantly.
