Not totally unacceptable, but we...

Liked: Good Breakfast, plenty of choice.Comfortable Bed.
Disliked: No Drawers?? or Wardrobes?? spent Monday to Friday from our Suitcase?? Maid Service not very good, Graffiti on mirror not removed all week??

Liked: Location is great. A good welcome from the staff.
Disliked: We liked everything. No frills, good reliable service. Very enthusiastic people running the hotel. Asking anything was not a problem.

We liked the hotel but...

Liked: Friendly staff and modern cool looking building in a good location. The downstairs lobby had a European vibe.
Disliked: The wash basin wouldn't drain properly and for £130 for one night, we had a pretty dismal view of a car park from our room.

Great location, great staff, but...

Liked: Great location, one of the best.Great staff.Nice food and drink.Never overly busy.Clean.Reasonable prices for a hotel.Staff were great...no....excellent, at fixing issues that arose.
Disliked: Hand rails in all bathrooms.The lack of a wardrobe was a pain.A small fridge in the rooms would help.Pets are welcome, so if you have allergies, come prepared.
