Liked: The hotel had extremely friendly staff who were always ready to answer all our questions and gave great recommendations on what to do in the city and which places to visit. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. They had all the necessities, and whenever we needed something extra, the staff quickly provided it.We also really liked the automatic lighting under the bed — whenever you got up at night, it would gently light up, which was very convenient.The location was amazing — just a 2-minute walk from both the metro station and Vienna’s main bus station. In that sense, the hotel was truly in a "jackpot" position. Additionally, it was very close to the city center, which you could reach in about 10 minutes by metro.
Disliked: One thing that I think was missing in the rooms was a proper wardrobe or drawers to organize clothes. There were only hangers, which were helpful but didn’t fully replace proper storage.

Disliked: the room of Moxy like a jill nothing inside just room and bathroom no capots to arrange your cloths and no fridge to cool your drinks even no cattle to make coffee or tee , if you want to drink something you must go down and pay .room small thy not clean the room or change the towel if you are out . breakfast so poor just 3 items everyday not change and nothing new ,

Liked: The whole concept of bar, reception and how breakfast is organised impressed us.
Disliked: Although there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room and no fridge which didn’t bother us, complementary mineral water would be a nice touch.
