Disliked: To start, the staff on the day I got there (Friday, April 18th) seemed as if they didn’t care at all about checking people in. We stood in line for 25 minutes or more waiting to be checked in while the staff member was laughing and joking with whomever was in front of us even though there was a growing like at both stations. I understand kindness, but it looked more like social hour than front desk politeness. Once I got to the front and finally started checking in, the staff member at the other desk (who also had an incredibly slow moving long time) rudely interrupted what the staff member helping me was saying. I had to remind her what I was being told since she never even finished. My partner and I left our room for the town, and upon our return, was told that “we were in the wrong room” and that they “went in our room to see if we were there”. They went in our room and said they just went to “check” before they called me and clearly touched my Partner’s things when they said they didn’t. They mixed up our room with someone else or “gave us the wrong room”, how? I don’t even know since they picked the room to issue. To top it all off, the towels in the room were stained with something black. I will not ever be booking here again.
