All style and no substance

Liked: Good location and generally clean. Trendy vibes and friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms are tiny and the bunk rooms were super impractical. No in-room tea, coffee or hot water facilities and those in the lobby only available in the morning.Our room backed onto a lift shaft, the lift car itself having some issues resulting in a squeezing sound throughout the night.

Superb

Stylish modern hotel, but not...

Liked: The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The bar downstairs is a great spot to unwind and catch up with friends after a day of exploring, with the complimentary drink being a thoughtful added touch. The modern room is well-sized and comfortable, particularly the bed, though it could benefit from more convenient storage options. While there are a few hooks and drawers under the bed, additional storage would enhance the overall functionality of the space.
Disliked: Housekeeping is on-demand only, so you'll need to request service the night before if you want it for the following day. The small shampoo and body wash bottles provided in the bathroom are insufficient for stays longer than a day for one person. Additionally, the water pressure on the fourth floor was disappointingly weak in the shower.The rooms are a decent size, but the thin walls offer little sound insulation, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms—everything from TVs and conversations to phone vibrations and bottles opening. While the hotel provides a "sound-cancelling machine" and earplugs, these feel like short-term fixes for a design flaw. Light sleepers may want to look elsewhere.

Liked: The welcome we got was wonderful. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly, cheerful. It really set the tone. And it smelled lovely in the lobby area. The whole vibe was perfect for us.
Disliked: The shower has lower water pressure than we prefer, and it was a little messy with how it’s constructed, easy for water to get all over the floor.

Passable

Disliked: the room space is too small and no towel change or room cleaning while you stay at the hotel.

Liked: The hotel is good and staff very polite and nice.Main disadvantage is the absence of breakfast as part of the package.It creates inconveniences to guests.
