Liked: well located just 15 minutes stroll from the Hoe and Barbican very funky design - very much to appeal to younger market but fine for us middle aged folk too

Superb

Liked: This room and hotel exceeded my expectations. It ended up being the perfect location for me, equidistant coming in on the train and then catching the cremyll ferry to a wedding the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of cool facilities and loved the decor!The bed was also super comfortable and I loved the option to have low lighting or full lighting in the room as well as the bed side lamp being flexible

Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms with modern equipment, including wall USB C chargers, automatic night lighting and adjustable AC. Electric kettle with tea/coffee. Decent selection for breakfast.
Disliked: Although quite central, the hotel location isn't very pleasant, busy road and garage make it very noisy with windows open.

Ok for overnight stay.

Liked: Room & bathroom lovely and clean. Beds great. Air con and coffee/tea facilities a bonus.
Disliked: Room lacked any clothes storage just a rail hanging from ceiling with 4 hangers so ended up living out of suitcase. Ok for overnight but not any longer. Also it is a dog friendly hotel and not once were we asked if allergic to animals (which I am and had my room been used previously for dogs it could have triggered asthma attack) I also complained that dogs had been allowed in restaurant when breakfast was being served and that a member of staff got onto knees to fuss the dogs and went straight into kitchen. Hotel said it shouldn’t happen but it did! New hotel located next to a building site, location not great

Disliked: - couldn’t stream services without a hdmi - wish there was more knowledge how room service worked- could have had more decaf coffee in the room- could have had places to sit down outside the accomodation to take important calls or just to cool down especially because we were near the sea- map of local areas that could be toured about and numbers to local taxi firms - water machine for water- coloured lights in bedroom would have been awesome for additional cost
