Very disappointing for a Marriott...

Disliked: The room was very small for 2 people. No where to put your belongings. One elevator was broken and being on the 7th floor it took forever for it to get there. I can go on but I'll stop here.

Disappointing stay due to numerous...

Liked: It was difficult to fully appreciate positive aspects of the stay due to the number of functional issues encountered. The cleanliness of our room itself was acceptable.
Disliked: Several essential amenities were out of service throughout our visit, which was very inconvenient. This included:At the bar - coffee/expresso machine, oven/toaster, beer, etc. were all out. It was more likely to find something that was out of service due to lack of maintenance then find something they offer.Constant issues with the elevator. Only a single one available during our week stay.Doesn't seem to follow Marriott's standards.

Disliked: The fact that very few of the services, amenities, food & drink advertised were available. Things were broken, out of order, under repair, etc.

Uncomfortable hotel

Liked: The location and the price. The staff was extremely kind.
Disliked: The bedroom had a cold draft coming from the window and I was staying with my baby which made our night extremely uncomfortable. I was assigned a room which stent have an easy access route (I was told to pass several heavy doors and the patio. Again, I was moving around with a stroller and luggage.

Poor

Disliked: Not ADA compliant. Elevator was out of service multiple times. The room was so small and cramped, no way it's ADA accessible. Bed was awful. No shelf in the shower to set items. Could hear a lot of noise outside my room.
