Very good

Liked: We enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice especially the doorman. The bunk room was confortable and had good soundproofing. The room was clean and the bunks were well designed with each one having their own storage space (for small things).
Disliked: I read it in most comments but I must repeat that the included breakfast is just "grab and go" and quite disappointing. We stayed 4 nights and got fed up with the same muffins everyday. They weren't healthy muffins either. Bread would've been a treat ! We did make use of the 20 usd credit to complete the meal but a simple croissant costs 7.35 which is a bit steep especially for a family of 4 with teens. Also the bathroom door doesnt close shut but has a gap as its a sliding door. Not a problem except if you're the mom with 2 teen boys.

Liked: Loved the guy working at froot door. Door man. Sweetest person ever. Everyone was very friendly.

Amazing hotel for the price!

Liked: Excellent location. Close to 2 subways. Close to little Italy. Close to Soho.Comfortable beds. Clean room.Good value for money. Great refund policy.
Disliked: The bathroom setup is a bit odd. Fine for a couple. Uncomfortable for a group of 4. Closing the shower door opens the door to the toilet.The lounge upstairs. Based on the photos I was expecting a classy cocktail lounge.

Clean and nice designed hotel.

Liked: Location close to little Italy and little China is great. Also the lobby bar is nice to hang out.
Disliked: The is a club on 16th floor. We were travelling with children so not able to go there which was fine but please note that there is also loud music till deep in the night. Room with children is a challenge to keep tight. Small room.

Liked: Had a nice atmosphere, helpful staff and the location was pretty good
Disliked: Rooms were too small for our family of 4 plus luggage. I didn’t like that the sink was in the bedroom as there was barely any hanging space. Would have been nice to have a lobby restaurant that serves proper food especially for breakfast

Liked: Location is excellent. Modern. Nice atmosphere. Some traffic noise but generally quiet.
Disliked: It lacks some basics you’d expect from a hotel.. like no room service, no 24/7 food available, no dressing gowns, nowhere really to hang clothes or towels, no fridge / minibar.
