The most beautiful hotel

Liked: Comfy beds, beautiful design, amazing common areas decoration.I loved how the light comes in through the windows in the room.The location was perfect.
Disliked: No mini fridge.No room for clothes.

We would 100% come back

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. There is always people around which make it fun. The reception staff were the best. It was my husbands birthday and they were super nice and detailed.
Disliked: It was a corner room with city views but we had limited views and they gave us a room in a low floor.

Liked: Nice Staff, amenities and everything.
Disliked: For some reason i got charged 400$ for a fee that they can't tell me what it is. I tried to contact them multiple times, they said they would refund me but it's been 30 days since and i haven't seen any money nor an email or something to confirm my refund cause i understand it can have a delay for the refund.
