Liked: The location was great for us and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cool View.
Disliked: The room felt cheap and dirty and not cozy. Weird sink and shower situation. Something about it was uncomfortable and I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night.

Liked: Alex, the doorman, was the nicest man you'll ever meet, brightening the day of everyone who went in or out of the hotel. What a gem. The piano bar was twice amazing and once not quite amazing.

Personal of the hotell treated...

Liked: Personnel of the hotel was just great. My first step into the hotel and the doorman already made me feel very welcomed! Location wise it is very good. 20$ credit from the hotel daily. Tickets to museum and ferry cruise.
Disliked: There could have been breakfast option. There was no info that the hotel will provide some extras like tickets to sightseeings. Altho there was an issue with tickets. I didn't get ones because some site was down.

Beautiful hotel and amazing location!

Liked: Very clean and great location! Very modern hotel and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room was quite small for four people but it was perfect for what we needed and we didn’t feel too on top of each other.

Cool hotel in great area...

Liked: Cool hotel with nice vibe in good area of New York (near Chinatown and Italian quarter). We got the bunk room which i would highly recommend for families with older children or friends travelling together. Hotel had a good bar and take away pop up style cafe for breakfast (although quite expensive)
Disliked: Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. On our last day we were packing up in our room for a 12 noon checkout and housekeeping came in at 10.30 and said they had to clean the room. So we had to hurry up finish packing and leave. They were very insistent. When i checked out the front desk offered to get the room back but it was all a bit stressful l. So if you need to check out at the official time (12 noon) id recommend checking with the front desk the night before to ensure that is ok.
