Such a funky hotel with...

Liked: Such a funky hotel with an amazing vibe! Rooms are small but so comfy! With everything you need. Lovely staff. Amazing little breakfasts available, the banana bread is the best we’ve ever had.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great

Good base for a week...

Liked: Good location in west village Clean and tidy, staff very friendly Close to Subway stations
Disliked: Advertised as including breakfast on booking.com.. reality very different and somewhat misleading !20 bucks room credit to use on coffee shop items and free filter coffee does not constitute breakfast

better maintenance

Liked: good location, nice social area and rooftop.
Disliked: room smelled like mildew, had water leaking up through floorboards during whole stay and took 2 hours to get new batteries so TV would turn on.

Costumer service did not meet...

Liked: The lounge atmosphere was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Billing was not nice. After I checked-out I was charged for items I did not consume. Getting in touch with the hotel was hard, since they only provide a phone number (which is not nice for out-of-US tourists). Additionally, I was not told that the credits I received could only be used all at once. I consumed at the bar, and than at breakfast, but only to find out that the second one I had to pay, even if both together were within the available amount. Additionally, the pre-authorization took a long time to be reverted back. If I had not had all this problems, all related to billing, my review would have been better.

Funky comfortable hotel in a...

Liked: The hotel decor was funky and interesting. House coffee in the mornings too
Disliked: The room with extra bed was very difficult to move around in. Room size appropriate for 2 but tight with 4 persons
