The hotel is party atmosphere....

Liked: Great vibe to meet new people
Disliked: The Hotel makes you buy food from the attached restaurant. They charge you then tell you that you have a credit with the restaurant. Instructions are not made clear on how that credit should be spent. When I booked it was stated that nothing else needed to be paid at the Hotel but my card was charged anyway for an additional $186 which was tied to food credit for the restaurant attached. This should definitely be an optional expense but it was definitely non negotiable.

Liked: Location. Cleanliness
Disliked: Incredibly annoying path to street. The main floor of the hotel is on the third. From the street you have the option of taking a separate elevator to the 3rd floor, then another elevator to your stay floor; or, you can try and manage the very convoluted path to the street via the stairs. It is so bad they even post signs to try and joke about it. But it’s not funny. Even still, this would not stop me from staying here again.

Liked: The lobby is cute. That’s it.
Disliked: Terrible communication before and after arriving at the hotel. They also forgot our second room reservation and the hotel was fully booked. They refused to cancel our reservation and we had to sleep at a different room each night!!!! Micro rooms. Tiny breakfast. Awful hotel.

In the heart of Downtown...

Liked: The location was perfect. Near multiple train stops, easy to get to anything anywhere in the city. Noise level wasn't a problem. The staff had GREAT customer service in all areas - check in, restaurant, help with baggage, etc.
Disliked: The room was definitely tiny. It had everything we need, but not a lot of room to move around. No real place to sit except on the bed. But the location overshadowed all of this.
