Liked: The hotel has a nice location in Downtown Manhattan. The rooms were relatively cozy, normally equipped and the view from the hotel was nice.
Disliked: First of all, we did not like how this hotel interpreted the "breakfast included" part of our reservation. After some negotiation and different information that we received from different staff, we were able to get purple chips that were supposed to be exchanged for breakfast. However, these, in fact, had very limited value, and we got only 1 drink per person - so, for example, black coffee or orange juice but not both. The portion for breakfast was ridiculously small, and given that this is a US hotel and we traveled for 3 weeks in the US prior to our visit to this hotel, it was almost insulting. On top of this, the hotel also exercises some policy of charging you an extra 25$ per night for you to spend in the bar (if you don't order anything, you're charged), where the cheapest drink is 16 $ and there is no way you can actually spend it without overpaying. Our four-night stay resulted in extra 55 $ on top of our "final price in the booking.com". Aside from this, I would stress the fact that only once the room service actually visited our room.

Disliked: No coffee machine in room and when I went downstairs in morning to get coffee and 2 bottled water it was $14!!!!

Amazing trip in the Moxy....

Liked: Amazing trip in the Moxy. The staff, bedroom, bar were all excellent and really good value for money. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in New York. Anthony was a very helpful and friendly manager there.
