Disappointing parking availability and resulted...
Liked: The central location is nice. Great vibe. The majority of staff were great except for a very unhelpful surly staff member who was not helpful with a booking issue, an early check in enquiry which we were happy to pay for and also with the parking is awful and resulted in us getting a 100£ fine.
Disliked: The parking absolutely horrendous. With a sign that clearly demarcated Moxy underground parking we parked up and proceeded up to the hotel to enquire how to pay for this parking. we learned that it is private parking that we have to pay for and book for using a qr code which was fine. During this time we were busy trying to fix a check in issue which was taking up to 30 minutes with a very surly staff memeber who was less than helpful with the entire experience. We have no success with actually paying for the parking because it says that all of the parking spaces are currently booked,so she then tells us to go and park on the other side of the street which we go and do. Not assuming that all this time that we have spent trying to check in and trying to organise the parking that we are actually being timed for this having parked in the underground parking Which is private. This is resulted in £100 fine which I think is absolutely ridiculous and could have been avoided had the staff memeber been more attentive and warned us to get out of the parking area before we get fined. Overall have been left with a very bad taste in our mouths.

Great hotel
Liked: The property is modern, clean and had a nice vibe about it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We paid for the breakfast which offered a great selection with something for everyone.
Disliked: I’d booked my stay in a queen room and paid for breakfast to be included in my stay. On arrival the receptionist had no record of the breakfast but luckily with showing the booking email and confirmation breakfast was paid for; the issue was quickly resolved.
