Disappointing

Liked: Some of the staff was nice
Disliked: Everything about my stay was disappointed. The location was bad and had a foul smell outside the hotel. Toilet clogged up, room was stink and not clean. The building lost power and they didn't have backup generation. It took a long time for power to come back; it was very scary. Then we didn't have hot water for 3 days. When asked for some kind of accommodation during my stay, the staff couldn't. It was emotionally drain and uncomfortable

Had a wonderful time! Hotel...

Liked: The hotel was clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a beautiful lobby/bar area to hang out, eat, drink, as well as clean restrooms. And access to rooftop pool. The rooms were small but well equipped. Very pet friendly hotel and neighborhood.
Disliked: Pool closed early at 5pm. And not too much space in the rooms to store luggage/clothes. But not a deal breaker.
