Liked: The Serena restaurant was good and the staff there were lovely.
Disliked: That I paid for breakfast to be included. It was a joke! Bottles of juice, some fruit and small muffins. The breakfast was approx another 16 dollars per day for each of my 5 in our party. The receptionist fobbed me off blaming booking.com and that I should take it up with them. Our rooms were not near each other, party goers loud outside the room in the early hours and our bedroom and bathroom was the size of a matchbox. We had to take our cases outside the room to pack them!

Liked: I like how nice the hotel looked, Art Deco on Washington The pool was the best attraction, and Mexican restaurant and rack in the room. Overall Hotel is beautiful. Terrance was very nice at the reception.
Disliked: I did not like the bar area, and the fact that we had to go to the bar and get ice. I did not like that I had ants, bed bugs in the room the first night. The rooms are very small. The pool is dirty mirky water? The service is poor. The breakfast is muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, water, simple. For a Marriott hotel thought was better.

Worst hotel for family ever.

Liked: The breakfast was very bad. Only got like a muffin and fruit. If you are not there at 7 you will not get a yogurt they just say sorry its finished then you can only get a dry muffin. Very bad breakfast. Location was not bad, but you have to pay 60$ per day for parking but we search for cheaper option and walked 2 blocks for 20$ per day. They also charger 30$ per day for destination fee, then an extra few $ for beach tax and another extra $ for state tax or something that they didnt tell you about. It is just deducted from your card each day. Worst hotel ever.
Disliked: All the extra charges. Room only gets cleaned every 2 day. Pay for parking, breakfast was poor. Staff are rude and unfriendly even if you ask about the breakfast. The rooms are very small. There is no space for your big suitecase if you have a 23kg suitcase. There is nou cupboard to pack your clothing in. The steamer did not work. Had to ask for a fridge then you have to put it in the door entrance, because there are no space in the room. Defenitly not child or family friendly.
