Liked: The only thing we liked was the location.
Disliked: When we first arrived we were greeted by a younger employee who was very rude and did not know what she was doing and instead of asking someone for help she took her frustrations out on us. After checking in, getting settled, showering and changing clothes we headed to dinner and coming back we get off the elevator approach our room and noticed someone had been in our room because they took the deadbolt off and left our door open and they also turned off the light I left on above my bed that was closest to the window. We immediately got back on the elevator, went downstairs to the front desk however, it was after 5 we could not get the help we needed. The next day we were told they could not tell us who went in out room, etc.. They offered NOTHING! That was day one of our trip. From that point on we told them we do not want anyone in our room which then prompted us to video and photo every single time we left the room.

HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO...

Liked: They sold our room we arrived late at the hotel and we did not have a room!!!! This is unacceptable we were literally put out on the street at 12am midnight HORRIBLE I was in tears!! We had no where to stay !!!
Disliked: How do you book us a room and then take our reservation and sell to some else . We had 12 hours flight and arrived with no where to sleep. We never stayed here!!!

Disliked: Rooms need to be cleaned every single day. We had sand in the room from the beach across the street and we were told they would not sweep the floor until we raised hell before they cleaned the room. There’s no excuses not to clean rooms everyday, especially being a tourist location! Would I visit again? Probably not.

Very Good Stay

Liked: This hotel was very clean, affordable, and great location. Our stay was great. The beach was about a 5-10min walk depending on how slow you walk lol. It wasn't far at all. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: One small issue with a housekeeper who refused to clean our room. We stayed for 4 nights & asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd night. We just wanted fresh sheets and pillow cases. The housekeepers acted like they couldn't speak English but also straight up said No! After two phone calls to the front desk, we finally got what we needed.

Disappointing
