Disliked: Unfriendly and rude restaurant and bar staff. Also, nothing in the room. No coffeemaker, no cups, nothing that a 3 star hotel should have. It was more like a hostel than a hotel

Liked: The pool area was nice, staff was extremely nice.
Disliked: The AC did not work although it was set at 68. The room was extremely hot and SMALL. No room to walk, no chairs, no fridge, the bar overcharged me for two drinks. The 20% charge that is now applied and no one is explaining if that is gratuity or just an added fee.

Liked: The only good about it was the location and the design The receptionists were kind as well
Disliked: For 6 nights stay they never cleaned our room, nor changed out towelson the 3rd day we requested clean towels from the cleaning lady on the floor and to clean our room. We got towels but the was never cleaned. Second time , the evening on day 5 we made complain to the men on the reception desk about the situation He arranged for us to get clean towels and promised that in the next morning the room will be cleaned Never happened!!!!!!!I have never experienced something like this and this is my first negative review for a hotel in a 30 years!!!’ I am very disappointed!!!’Moreover the room included breakfast….🙄what the hotel offers for breakfast is a complete joke!!!! Not to mention that i booked a room for 3 adults and we had 3 suitcasesThere wasn’t any place even to open them, we couldn’t take any clothes out and we were literally walking over them. The room was way too small to accommodate us!!!
