Liked: Pool

Good

Liked: The pool and the complementary bikes
Disliked: The room was too small.

Superb

Avoid unless very cheap.

Liked: Air con, pool area, location.
Disliked: Hotel is very dirty. Very loud 24 hours a day with people in corridors. Can get a nicer hotel for same price

Liked: Location, design. Free snacks at breakfast.
Disliked: Super slick tile in the pool areas and bedrooms. They didn't come to service our room until the evening before we were leaving. The rooms were really small and didn't have room for our belongings. Some of the outlets didn't work.

Moxy Hotel

Liked: Two rooftop pools, great location in the middle of South Beach, nice bars and a restaurant. Amanda the bartender at Bar Moxy was great!
Disliked: There is no actual ice machine on any of the floors, so you'll need to get ice from the bar or restaurant if needed. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of.

I would not return, the...

Liked: The Serena restaurant was good and the staff there were lovely.
Disliked: That I paid for breakfast to be included. It was a joke! Bottles of juice, some fruit and small muffins. The breakfast was approx another 16 dollars per day for each of my 5 in our party. The receptionist fobbed me off blaming booking.com and that I should take it up with them. Our rooms were not near each other, party goers loud outside the room in the early hours and our bedroom and bathroom was the size of a matchbox. We had to take our cases outside the room to pack them!
