Liked: The breakfast was pleasant and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel room had many defects such as: the toilet seat was broken, the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned properly, as well as the shower rose was jammed, consequently limited its function.

Liked: All of the staff were so polite and friendly. They were so helpful. One night there was live music and I really enjoyed it.Room was clean and silent. If I visit Hamburg again I will definitely stay at Moxy again.

No room cleaning - not...

Liked: Near to where I workRooms ok
Disliked: I was very disappointed that the rooms are not cleaned everyday. Only every 3 days. There was no indication of this when I booked. They say it’s to do with sustainability, not true, dishonest- they are just trying to increase margins and give us poor guests less service. I need a hotel in Hamburg where the room is cleaned every day, I will be staying 100 nights per year now for work, I will go to a competitor, there is plenty of choice. It’s a shame as me because otherwise I like the hotel
