Location for venue was excellent. Hotel staff friendly enough.

Didn't spend a lot of time at hotel but was nice with friendly staff, nice room and very comfy bed and pillows. Just couldn't get them lifts to work.

Liked: Beds/pillows; shower; overall impression.
Disliked: Lifts.

Fabulous

Liked: The place was very nice and modern, felt very cosy had a good night sleep!
Disliked: Personally there wasn’t enough drinks in the room (tea and coffee). Because we had one at night we therefore didn’t have one in the morning however was still very good experiences!

Marvellously modern Moxy.

Liked: Our room had all the bells and whistles, not literally, of course, but it had everything we expected plus a lighting system the likes of which we had never seen before. Plenty of hot water in the shower and plenty of sleep in the quiet bedroom.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better.

Unfortunately we will not return....

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: All food offerings were honestly worst I've eaten in a long while (but unfortunately we were starving) We had burgers in the evening for convenience rather than eat elsewhere as we were heading to the SEC. Both chicken and beef burgers very thin basic and cheap and fries were not cooked - not worth over £30.Cooked breakfast was poor quality - bacon actually tasted of cardboard. Continental was ok.Some staff were friendly (particularly on arrival at reception) but the breakfast staff made us feel Like we were in their way and seemed reluctant to help. when my partner pointed out at 9.40am (breakfast til 10) that there was no hot food left the person he asked pointedly looked at their watch and reluctantly went to kitchens
