The hotel was ideal for our stay and about a 5 min walk to the SEC , it was very comfortable and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the room was excellent and the hotel is in an ideal location for the SEC.
Disliked: Nothing was bad; breakfast was varied and plentiful; the only slight annoyance was having to use your room card key to operate the lift. It took a bit of getting used to.

Didn't spend a lot of time at hotel but was nice with friendly staff, nice room and very comfy bed and pillows. Just couldn't get them lifts to work.

Liked: Beds/pillows; shower; overall impression.
Disliked: Lifts.

It's okay, but don't park...

Liked: Close to the Transport Museum, Clydeside Distillery, and the Tall Ship Glenlee, and apparently also a convention centre of some sort. Breakfast was good enough, but they really don't like re- filling things that are empty here. Staff was friendly and helpful. The second room we got was okay.
Disliked: First of all: don't park here! Go to Bond Street and park there! This is not the hotel's fault, but parking next door is impossible expensive and convoluted. Park for more than 1 hour? That's 12 pounds. As soon as you're there for more than 12 hours, it's double. And the hotel gives you a 50% discount, but that's only for the +12 hour parking! I wish staff had told us about this when we checked in. Again, I don't blame staff for the blatant greed of Glasgow, but they could have warned us.Secondly: our first room just reeked of mold and mildew, with the stench being the worst in the bathroom. They gave us a new room immediately, and that one was fine, but this was not a good first impression.

Another great, chic moxy!

Liked: Great amenities, chic room. Unexpectedly convenient phone chargers (we came straight from the airport and didn’t have an international plug).
Disliked: Had to cross the underpass to walk to the cute parts of the city. Parking was expensive.
