Liked: The front desk staff were very friendly, and the facilities and location were excellent.
Disliked: However, we had a very unpleasant experience when two Black men—presumably housekeepers—attempted to enter our room using a master key without knocking, despite the fact that we still had two hours left until checkout.It was deeply uncomfortable, and we couldn’t help but imagine how horrifying it would have been if my wife and I had been unclothed at the time.Had we stepped out for breakfast, it could even have led to a theft incident.

Liked: Great location and warm staff. They were so helpful for everything. There is a cozy lobby for spending time. Rooms were also big enough.

Liked: Great staff, was welcomed with a drink, came early and they let us check in hours before check in time. Clean facilities and a comfy bed. In a good location. Would recommend.
