Nice property and clean hotel,...
Liked: Clean hotel, great location, nice room
Disliked: So expensive, hidden costs, staff very rigid and strict on "rules." They try to get you to run up a bill. They made us pay a security deposit too and when one of the party arrived at check-in time ahead of the rest of the group they wouldn't let her in as her name wasn't on the booking, however they hadn't requested all names in the group. Unnecessary stress when you're tired and had paid a lot for one night, and the trip was booked months in advance.

Everything is excellent: location, room,...
Liked: - Location- Room is very clean and comfortable- Breakfast is nice- Wi-Fi is good enough- Staff at the reception are very polite and warm
Disliked: I paid my room in advance, but on the check in I was asked to pay 50 euros deposit if something breaks in the room. On check out deposit wasn't refunded, as they said it will be done during the day. 24h later I am still waiting for that refund, without any message from the property.

Great value hotel in amazingly...
Liked: The hotel is in an amazing location, really close to all the major sights and transport options (there’s also a taxi rank at the end of the street). There was security on the door at all times which made it feel really safe - and the doors were locked after a certain time/you can’t get up to the rooms without a key card. The room is perfectly formed, super clean, comfy beds, and all new. We really liked the communal sitting area in the lobby and the chilled vibe. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, definitely worth the absolutely bargain price it was in a really expensive city! We didn’t see any particular problems with the safety of the location - it’s like any other big city and there wasn’t as much noise as we expected. We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The windows don’t open, which is a bit of a pain when you don’t want to rely on aircon. It would have been good to have a small safe in the room for laptops at least as Booking.com says there is and there isn’t, and pots of tea should be available at the bar/breakfast (really important for Irish visitors but perhaps not so for others haha!) I was a bit surprised there were paper cups in the rooms when the hotel is clearly really geared towards being eco-friendly.
