Liked: I requested an early check-in via the website but was informed that it might not be possible. However, upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Letisia, who greeted us with a radiant smile and efficiently arranged an early check-in for us. The breakfast was satisfactory and reasonably priced, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel also offers engaging riddles, with the chance to win a complimentary drink at the bar. Overall, the staff were friendly, but Letisia's consistently warm and attentive approach truly stood out. Her genuine eagerness to ensure our comfort made us feel exceptionally welcome during our stay.
Disliked: The rooms would greatly benefit from the addition of a dressing table and wardrobe, as the current storage space is inadequate. Additionally, the breakfast area is quite small and tends to become overcrowded rapidly. Limited vegan breakfast options, apart from the fruit salad, and minimal choices on the lunch and dinner menus for vegans were disappointing. While the hotel's location is convenient for accessing attractions, the surrounding area becomes somewhat concerning in the evening after the shops close at 6/7pm.
