Liked: We had a bed.
Disliked: We had to pay for breakfast. The front desk couldn't help us out with parking. We asked where we could park other then valet and they said I don't know. No ice buckets or explanation of where to get ice. Blood on my bedroom sheets. And it wasn't old blood. Which means no one changed the sheets. Valet lost our keys and made us almost late for concert. It was way overpriced for what we got.

Liked: It was clean, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the pool when we checked in, because after 4 p.m. it turned into a club. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool, so our anniversary celebration was spoiled.We were also charged a $35 resort fee, which was never mentioned on Booking.The room looked smaller than in the photos, but I was prepared for that. What really disappointed me was that all the windows were covered with curtains, and from one of the windows the curtains couldn’t be fully opened.

Overpriced.

Liked: I liked that the hotel is close to Crypto.com Arena, which made it convenient for my plans. The room itself was clean when I checked in, which I appreciated.
Disliked: On the downside, the room was uncomfortably hot, and I had to go into a completely different hotel just to get ice, which was really inconvenient. Overall, I feel like the price doesn’t match the value you get for the stay.

Cool Downtown Hotel Experience

Liked: The hotel has everything you need, with a curated open-minded decoration and very elegantly mixed industrial materials with comfort. The staff were beyond expectations and always kind and helpful, even answering the smallest silly questions. They will offer us water or help with extras to make the stay perfect.The building shares access to multiple restaurants and a gym, so there's no need to go outside and it also allows takeaway deliveries. There's a pool, terrace and entertainment on some nights, and it seemed very cool. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy them as I was on a work trip with long days.
Disliked: The only thing that I found not so on point is how easy the outdoor sound filters into the room (traffic or terrace sounds).
