Liked: We had a bed.
Disliked: We had to pay for breakfast. The front desk couldn't help us out with parking. We asked where we could park other then valet and they said I don't know. No ice buckets or explanation of where to get ice. Blood on my bedroom sheets. And it wasn't old blood. Which means no one changed the sheets. Valet lost our keys and made us almost late for concert. It was way overpriced for what we got.

Dissatisfied

Disliked: I stated when I booked we have a 12 year old. We picked the hotel for the pool. She was not allowed to use the pool at all because you had to be 21. She was devastated. We went for a girls weekend and she could not swim

Liked: Location is great if you’re okay wandering downtown LA. The beds are wonderful and so is the view. The gym was the best gym I’ve seen at a hotel.
Disliked: You can hear everything, even on the 17th floor.

Liked: I liked that it was next to the convention center.
Disliked: Rooms were tiny. All the fun restaurants were closed. Elevators were slow. Fridge leaked. No towels in the community closet. No ice in ice machine. Valet doesn’t help with bags. Overall horrible experience!

Liked: Security; complimentary bottled water
Disliked: No access to reasonable food options. I worked 12 hour shifts so getting dinner was complicated when everything is closed.
