Liked: We had a bed.
Disliked: We had to pay for breakfast. The front desk couldn't help us out with parking. We asked where we could park other then valet and they said I don't know. No ice buckets or explanation of where to get ice. Blood on my bedroom sheets. And it wasn't old blood. Which means no one changed the sheets. Valet lost our keys and made us almost late for concert. It was way overpriced for what we got.

Disliked: THE BOGUS DESTINATION FEE IS A RIPOFF! When I complained about it I was promised a refund and never got it

Incredible place but...

Liked: View from room was incredible and localisation was great. Staff was very helpful. When they saw me that I was sick they did the early check in. It was super nice
Disliked: Unfortunately breakfast was a joke. It was a basket of bananas, oranges and yogurts. You can go and buy breakfast because you have 30 $ included in your stay but if you buy two sandwiches and two coffee you have to pay additional.
