Good

Really stylish hotel but could...

Liked: Location was great - very close to the train station. Check-in was easy and rooms were very stylish and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the room had a great TV and bathroom too. Breakfast, which was not included was good for the price - a nice selection of hot and cold food as well as drinks. The bar was nice too and there were lots of games to play dotted around. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The rooms were too hot and stuffy and despite trying to use the air con, nothing happened apart from it expelling smelly air, which was a shame as we had to keep the windows open at night which made it noisy for sleeping. Breakfast was very busy and there were not enough places to sit comfortably at a table to eat - lots of sofas and armchairs for lounging, but no good for eating scrambled eggs in! The most disappointing thing was the food menu which we had on our last night - really poor qualty pizza and chicken wings - very small portions for the price.

Liked: Stayed for the 1 night as was waiting to see a friend, worked nicely in the city with a very comfortable location. Bed was good, got good sleep. Large room, very spacious and comfortable to be in. Quiet area.
Disliked: A little bit out of the main city, but not too far from it. Was too tired for an arrival drink and check-in being at 3pm was a little late for our needs but we made-do.
