Liked: Great location, good ambiance. The staff was great, and the 24/7 bar didn't hurt.
Disliked: There weren't any drawers for clothes.

Very good

Liked: The hotel had an amazing location for a concert in the Palladium. It was also close to public transport, which was great when I wanted to go see the city center and musea.
Disliked: I would have a liked a kettle to be able to make some tea in my hotel room. I also think the hotel was a bit too pricey. Otherwise, it was great!

Great first time in Cologne...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located if you're going to a show at the Palladium or just trying to stay in Cologne while spending less money since the city centre is only a few tram stops away. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was bigger than expected and equipped with everything we needed, and the area was quiet at night. Also, the staff was super friendly!
Disliked: Breakfast was too expensive for what little choice there was. I've paid for cheaper breakfast with more options, but that's really the only downside.

Thanks to a polite young...

Liked: The breakfast was good. There was only person from the staff who was extremely polite and professional - his name is Ivan.
Disliked: The staff was unpolite, especially the older man with the glasses, on the reception, who gave our room to other people while we were inside and did not at least apologize for the inconvenience. At the check-in we waited our room for more than an hour and room cleaning had to be an extra request, which is not nice.
