Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel seemed to be somewhat understaffed. The bar was complete chaos in the evening (directly after a concert), and breakfast was also haphazard. Although the room design was nice, more hooks or hangars would have been appreciated.

Great vibe, not so great...

Liked: The vibe is great. The hotel lobby is huge and has a very stylish but also cosy bar. The style is retro, and the rooms have a similar theme. My room was very quiet, and everything is very clean.
Disliked: The place is understaffed. Waiting times at the bar and the check-in were long. The breakfast is a bit of a joke for the money. Watery orange juice, eggs but no bacon, etc. It is ok in itself, but definitely not for the price of the hotel. That was disappointing.

Liked: Chose Moxy Mülheim due to a concert at Palladium, which was in the end so convenient. It takes a bit time to get to the central parts of Köln, but what I was looking for was not in this regard. That is why I had no issue with that, but for those who are looking for a place to get access to the city faster, consider the transportation. Other than that, the location has many options for food, mainly Turkish and there is even a Turkish meat restaurant located under the hotel. Also, the hotel provides you with drinks and food at your own cost whenever you ask for it.
Disliked: Housekeeping procedure in the mornings is unfortunately loud. Staff is talking on the phone during it and you hear the noises even if when you are in your room. It is not necessarily the quietest process.
