What a top place and your staff are funny - we had a laugh; brilliant.

Liked: It's just superb - just what we wanted.

Fab and funky

Liked: Funky little hotel near the centre of town, perfect for our one night stay after Chester Races. The manager was absolutely brilliant.
Disliked: Quite expensive for a tiny room but it was expected given the races were on.

Great stay in Chester

Liked: The location was really great, several minutes walk from the train station, and a 10 minutes walk from the centre. I had a view to the canal from my room which was lovely as well. Like other Moxy hotels, it was very modern and the room was quite large and comfortable.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

Disliked: Just one of the girl at the reception was very aggressive. She was asking my identity like I was a criminal, that was really disappointing 😞 😔 😪

Disliked: Parking……a bit of a nightmare tbh. Luckily a kind staff member did his utmost to help me with it, but it most definitely is a big problem. Far too small for such a big facility.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and kind. The room design is very creative, which I didn't expect. It's just fun. There's also nice touches like games downstairs which made eating with a toddler so much easier. It's next door to the river and also Waitrose, which is handy. Also close to the station. I stay in Chester a lot, mostly at the Queen's but I might migrate to this one in future.
Disliked: No real bad points. I'd love a bath in the room but not everyone does.
