Pleasant

Disliked: Too modern for me. Really aimed at the young, hip generation and focused on their values and lifestyle. Rooms very small with just enough space to walk around the bed. No space for luggage. Ok for 1-2 nights but not suited for long vacation, families with lots of luggage or business travel that needs to work in room.

The hotel was priced similarly...

Liked: Bar and outside areas were great. Gym also good and Starbucks a bonus on the ground floor.
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities. No wardrobe to hang clothes or safety deposit box.

Disappointing

Disliked: Whole hotel smelled bad, the two pillows we were given were very very thin, the room never cooled off, room service never came to clean our room, there was no parking for our car besides valet, the employees working when we arrived were rude.

Exceptional

Liked: It was wonderful!
Disliked: The menu should be extended.

Really Relaxing for Work and...

Liked: Loved the shared working space and the staff. I was there for fun but had to work as well and this was excellent.
Disliked: I will have to remember my travel pillow, their pillows were lacking but thankfully there was a “stash” in the hall where I could grab an extra.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked the stash options for our towels, etc. Loved the rooftop as well! The bartenders were so friendly and nice!
Disliked: The barn door to the bathroom didn't provide enough privacy I thought. Also, I would have loved to have had a coffee maker in the room.

Disliked: Parking was free on the street behind which fortunately we found out about from one of the staff. But it would have been better had we had that information earlier. The paid valet service seemed a bit slack with a not particularly secure parking site roadside.

Disliked: Location was not what you expected not walking distance from downtown Also no parking other than valet which is not convenient and expensive also very close to a rougher side of town definitely not safe to walk at night
