Liked: It was a really modern fun location for our group stay with friends. There is a bar and a peaceful garden downstairs, you get a free drink at the bar, unlimited coffee, and loads of other cool freebies in your room - drinking water, toilettries, you can hire an umbrella from reception if you need to. It just has this amazing buzz, receptionists are young and friendly, I got a really warm welcome and was accompanied to my room to help me locate it, as well as I was offered a vase for my flowers! I found it to be a really lovely experience, the location is perfect, close to a metro station and a supermarket. On a Sunday there is a huge market just around the corner.

Liked: The hotel is amazing.Great breakfast, great facilities, comfy room and bed.Great place to work from remote, with free coffee and tea.The staff is also super nice.

Did not got the room,...

Disliked: Did not got the room, had to share it with a colleague. They knew that my room Is not available, due to some damage, sometime before, unfortunately they did not seem it as necessary to inform me by phone or mail upfront. On site, the simply told me it is not available. Therefore, I had to spend the night on the couch at my colleagues room. Got the promise to get my money back... Did not happen. Customer support is terrible, they only reply in French even so they communicated before with you in English. Can absolutely not recommend, if you are not a French native.

The hotel was overbooked. And...

Liked: When we got to the hotel they had overbooked and transferred us to Marriott rive gauche by taxi which they paid for. When we arrived at rive gauche they knew nothing of the arrangement but eventually said it had been sorted and gave us a room for the night.
Disliked: The hotel rive gauche was fine but when I got home I found that I had been charged for the night despite having already having paid booking.com. Despite a number of phone calls to both hotels my money has not been returned
