Disappointing to say the least
Liked: Close to canal & bourbon st…right around the corner from the stadium. Open bar
Disliked: Ok so 3 night stay. First night (Friday) no a/c mid aug heat, didn’t get moved until the next morning. They moved us to a different room just to find out that the fitting to the shower weren’t installed correctly. Water spewing everywhere except the shower head. I called to notify them of the problem, not once, not twice, but 3 times! No one showed up Sat. The maintenance guy comes mid afternoon Sunday with no tools. I guess he came to only LOOK at the problem. Then he tells me that they should at least take off a night stay for my troubles n leaves smh Mind you, I had already went to get pliers and rigged it to where we could water out of the shower head so we could shower. Staff was no help at all.

Disliked: Front desk wasn’t really upfront about the random charges. And I paid before I got there but once I arrived they changed my room selection because my room was given to someone else. Altho I have paid already.

Scam artists
Liked: Terrible rip off! Big scam from motel and booking.comWe tried to check in for 45 mins and there was no person on desk. We have activities booked and could not wait with all our luggage in an empty reception. We have had to go find another motel so we could check our bags in. Not one staff member in sight! We would like a full refund please, emailed booking.com / they couldn’t get a hold of motel told us to reach out and still no response!!! We have applied through link on booking.com and again no reply!!! can we please have a full refund as we had NO way of checking in when no one was in reception. Do gutted! We stayed at 30 motels on our America trip and this is the worst.
Disliked: The took our money and gave us no room and no one at check in! What could we do??
