Pleasant hotel, good location, could...

Liked: Hotel in a great location for getting to French Quarter and the main tourist areas.
Disliked: There were building works going on across the street and the workers started making noise from about 07.00am, which was very inconsiderate and annoying. The soundproofing of the windows should be better to keep the noise out. The front doors of the room shut very loudly, which was disruptive for our sleep when people came back late at night. The showers had a very slippery floor, potentially very dangerous. The toilet didn’t flush and it took a couple of days for the repair person to fix it.

Liked: Front desk said no food asked 3 times then saw danishes on bar. Asked girl she said oh yeah.
Disliked: Your front desk person should be fired. I asked her 6 times about coffee and splenda. She literally didn't acknowledge or even look up i guess I was bothering her. But she helped other people.
