Trying to hard to be...
Liked: Functional room, spotlessly clean. Quiet and easily adjustable AC so got a good night sleep. Parking right out the front (€5 for overnight stay).
Disliked: Trying to be funky and alternative, but just misses on key customer-facing service. Two front of staff ladies more focused on fixing whatever was on their computer screens than acknowledging waiting customers. They sit in the bar area but left all the bar service to another guy. He was in and out of the kitchen, so hard not always available (one customer knocked on the kitchen door to bring him out). Limited options nearby for restaurants (except airport) so used the short menu of the hotel. Unfortunately the key pizza range which everybody wanted is unavailable Tuesdays and Sundays, for some reason!I had easy access to airport because of rental car, not sure how it would be without. No tea/coffee in the room, have to buy from the bar downstairs (people do not want to see me in my sleepwear!)

Superb
Liked: Hotel is near the airport, 5 minutes by walk. You can take the subway to the centre of Milan, which is very conveniant. The room is clean and cozy.
