Friendly and helpful staff

Liked: Good location, just off our cycle route. Somewhere safe to store our bikes overnight. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Liked the hotel interior design. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The desk in the room is too small for business. Wi-fi was not worked. No complimentary water.

Nice place in the heart...

Liked: Excellent location, beautiful room.
Disliked: I had issue with the payment, the staff at the reception didnt know what they are doing and when they panicked they wanted to double charge me just to make sure they have the payment. Very poor experience. Also the TVs were not working, when I have asked the staff about it the short answer was "it is what it is, just accept that there is no TV at the moment".

Superb

Liked: Good location - easy to reach by railway. Opposite to shopping mall. Comfort - quiet rooms, easy temperature adjustment, comfortable sleeping. Good selection for breakfast. Very kind staff.
Disliked: Electric kettle could be preferable
