Liked: This is a property I visit regularly when going to London and Moxy are always clean, comfortable and staff are lovely which is why it’s usually the first place we book
Disliked: Although Moxy can not guarantee rooms, I requested a room over looking the car park for the planes due to this being my sisters birthday that day and also their wedding anniversary. This was not the case the room was small, clean but over looking a flat roof with my sister conning “it’s nothing special” which was disappointing as when I visit I’ve usually had good value for money but in this instance I don’t think this was the case. I amended the booking and paid in cash a couple of weeks before their arrival, still all the same details and room specifics just paid on advance so they didn’t need to, the room exactly the same was £160 on arrival but I paid £113 due to paying in advance I would of been externally disappointed even more if that was what the room would be at £160 and would not be value for money at all. As I said I travel to lots of different Moxy’s but this has been a disappointing experience and not sure that I automatically be choosing Moxy again when visiting London Heathrow.

Liked: Good vibe, clean, good room in general. Good location and quick checkin and out.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed was too soft and there was only one pillow each.
