Liked: Place was great, nice ambience.
Disliked: The last morning, when we were checking out, the guy helping us got upset because he said we didn't have breakfast included even though we had already paid for it and had breakfast for all mornings. His comments were not nice nor appreciated. Left a bad taste just as we were leaving.

Liked: Clean, central and friendly staff! Ohh you can get unlimited coffee and tea from the Lobby.
Disliked: Nothing everything was great :)

Great hotel near railway station.

Liked: Great clean hotel. Nice staff always working hard cleaning. Booking in was easy even got an upgrade cause I’m a member. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Everything was perfect for us.

Disliked: Amenities in bathroom: shampoo & conditioner was missing!No clarity about kettle in the room-- Had to confirm multiple times about it -- @ checkin reception staff told to go check upstairs in the room and if not placed, then to come down AGAIN TO COLLECT IT MYSELF!!Should Include more fresh fruits in breakfast; on my second day of stay: they had ONLY Oranges available!

Ideal for what we needed...

Liked: Location, funky and clean
Disliked: Air condition didn’t work. We were offered a different room after we raised it after 2nd night but declined. The room was very warm though

It's a great hotel for...

Liked: The breakfast was delightful, the room was spotless and reasonably sized, and Ostbahnhof is just a 5-minute walk away. We also enjoyed playing Tischkicker in the common area, which was very cozy.
Disliked: Beer at the bar it quite expensive (7€)
