Staff and lobby area were...

Liked: The staff is excellent...professional, friendly, fast with requests, and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for better. We also enjoyed the "style" of the hotel and the games available to play.
Disliked: The parking and elevator system were confusing and frustrating. The "added" breakfast was not described online when we reserved the room, so the confusion led us to paying around $46 for a breakfast on the 2nd floor that wasn't good when we could have gotten a bagel sandwich for free in the lobby, which we got the last day and was excellent. On Sun. evening there was a party on the 6th floor pool area which was right below our room. I was not feeling well, and the music was pounding very loudly and went on until 9:00. We had to switch rooms, and then the internet part of the TV in that room never worked. There was no refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave in the room, but there was coffee and microwave available in the lobby, but no decaf. The staff did bring us a coffee maker, along with decaf, for the last day and allowed us to leave some of our food with them to refrigerate. Now knowing all the "quirks" involved with the stay, I could probably stay there again, but the first time was confusing and not very comfortable in all. And it was not well-described on our reservation online page. Also, the parking fee was very high...$38/night. We ended up paying $604 plus change for our 3-night stay. It was advertised on booking.com for approx. $113/night inclusive, except for parking. All of this made for a not very pleasant stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Easily accessible via uber or public transportation. The hotel made it so I didn’t have to leave the property. Lobby bartender Cam was amazing. Tip your bartenders and they will remember you and make sure you always have an elite drink
Disliked: More lobby and rooftop activities for the younger crowd would be nice.
